The Bento Box

The Bento Box is a favorite item in many Japanese restaurants that includes an entire meal in on plate seperated by dividers. We'll dive into creating a Bento that is both beautiful to view and eat.
Miso Soup - Using dried Kelp, we'll create our own rich broth full of Umami flavors.
Vegetable Gyoza - Succulent and juicy Gyoza is a great contrast in textures.
Chicken Katsu - Japanese version of Fried Chicken is extremly crunchy when coated with Panko.
Mountain Yam - This root vegetable is claimed to provide amazing health benefits and promotes long life.
Green Bean Purses - Wrapped with green onions and topped with toasted sesame seeds, this is a eye appealing dish.
Cream Puffs - A very popular snack in Japan will serve as our dessert.
Cost is $95. Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.
