This is a seated event. All ticket purchasers will have a seat. VIP tickets are the first and second row, with a special meet and greet.
Keith Putney Productions presents at Bogie's a special performance of The Beatles’ classic Abbey Road album-complete and unabridged! Denny Laine – co founder of the Moody Blues and Wings and the voice of unforgettable songs like the 1965 Top Ten hit “Go Now” – is joined by The Byrds' John York and The Records' John Wicks as Denny, John, John and band play the Abbey Road album start to finish as part of a special evening of music in Westlake Village.
Both Time and Rolling Stone magazines named Abbey Road as one of the 100 greatest albums of all time, with “Come Together”, “Here Comes The Sun”, “Something” and the side two medley culminating in “Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End” among the immortal songs on the finale to the Beatles’ recording career. The evening will also feature performances of a dynamic selection of classics from throughout the Beatle years.
In addition, Denny Laine will sing hits he recorded with Paul McCartney and Wings such as “Band on the Run”, “Time to Hide”, and “Live and Let Die” as well as the aforementioned Moody Blues classic “Go Now”. Likewise, John York will bring a sampling of some of the Byrds classics such as "Turn Turn Turn" "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Eight Miles High". The Records featuring John Wicks will open the show with the 70s/80s classics, "Hearts in Her Eyes", "Teenarama", "Starry Eyes" and more.
What kinds of tickets are available?
VIP FRONT ROW tickets are seats in the very first row. VIP SECOND ROW tickets are seats in the second row. With VIP TICKETS, .you will also get to meet the artist either prior to the show or just after the show and get a photo with them if you wish.
General admission tickets will be seated, but on a first come first serve basis. Every ticket buyer will have a seat. We will sell no standing room tickets.
Is there food and beverage service at Bogie's?
Yes. There is a patio outside where you can eat before (or after) the doors open. The stage is not visible from the patio; the part of Bogie's with the stage is completely inside. There is a bar inside, as well as one outside, and waitress service inside and out.
There are other great restuarants and a hotel on site as well.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The Beatles' Abbey Road Complete starring Denny Laine and Friends is a 21 and over event. An ID will be needed to purchase alcohol.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
On site parking is available.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No outside food or drink. No videotaping of the event. Camera use for first song only. Producers reserve the right to eject those who viloate these policies.
