The BE Conference is a premier women's conference that connects change makers seeking to make an impact with game changers at the top of their fields who want to inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders. It is a gathering for the most influential women in entertainment, media, and technology. The audience consists of 350 millennials, including entrepreneurs, influencers and rising stars in their respective worlds, along with 50 mentors who are eager to teach and learn from each other. BE Conference offers keynote interviews, panel discussions, workshops, networking and mentoring sessions that build meaningful connections, encourage constructive change, and empower the next generation to BE the best possible version of themselves.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are refundable less a $150 service charge on or before Monday, February 19, 2018. To request a refund, please send your request in writing to info@beconferences.com.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

2018 BE Conference registration tickets are transferable up to Monday, February 26, 2018. To request a ticket transfer, please send your request in writing to info@beconferences.com.

Does my registration fee include a ticket to SXSW?

No, a ticket to BE Conference does not include entrance to SXSW activities and events. You must purchase tickets seperately at the SXSW website. We are an affiliated event.

Does my SXSW registration include entry to the BE Conference?

No. You must register for BE Conference in order to attend. SXSW badges will not be honored.
