About this Event

Join experts from Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation and the Shady Grove Fertility Maryland for this FREE, virtual information session as we walk you through some of the basics of surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF. Our goal is for you to receive the information that you'll need to make well-informed decisions as you embark on your journey to become a parent.

Whether you are just thinking about your future family, or ready to start your journey, this virtual informational session has answers to all of your questions.

Discussion will include topics such as:

  • Proper Surrogate Screening
  • Circle Surrogacy’s 3-Step Surrogate Screening Process
  • Overview of IVF and Egg Freezing
  • PGT Testing

Our speakers include:

  • Gilbert L. Mottla, M.D.: Dr. Mottla is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Mottla is presently a clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Georgetown University. He has been recognized by Washingtonian magazine and What's Up Annapolis magazine in the top doctor's edition for reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Mottla sees and consults with patients who need care in all areas of both infertility and reproductive endocrinology.
  • Sam Hyde, President of Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation: Having experienced fertility challenges when starting his own family, Sam understands firsthand the importance of support and help to fulfill dreams of parenthood. Sam and his wife are now blessed with two beautiful girls with the help of IVF. Sam earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his MBA at the University of Michigan. At Circle, Sam is responsible for the overall management of the business, including meeting with prospective parents during consults. He finds joy in supporting Circle’s staff in their own growth, as well as seeing the many beautiful baby pictures that come across his desk as a result of all the hard work from the team.
  • Alana Geboff, LICSW: Alana is the Senior Social Worker at Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. Alana comes to Circle with an interest in infertility and surrogacy-related issues, and a motivation to support surrogates in navigating a journey in a happy and healthy way for themselves and the intended parents with whom they are working. She brings her clinical skills to assess applicants and support surrogates during their journeys with intended parents.
