Go beyond the traditional pickle and explore the pickled peppers that Peter Piper was after! This class will teach you how to create a variety of delicious pickled vegetables while exploring the art & science of home food preservation and canning.
This is the second class in our August home food preservation series. All classes will include lecture, demonstration and "hands-on" time in the kitchen. Each participant will receive recipes and step-by-step instruction.
With the purchase of a full priced ticket participants will receive a $5 discount code to attend any other class in the series (listed below).
