Description

The Barbell WOD program implements a balanced combination of Olympic and Power lifting movements designed to increase your strength and improve your technical proficiency while promoting structural balance. During the Seminar you will be doing an Activation Warm-up, Snatch progression, a Max Snatch, Clean progressions, a Max Clean, Jerk progressions, and Assistance lifts. Followed by am Q&A, and the Whys behind the programming.

Q&A/programming

The Skill Wod is a structured three day a week program based on mastering elemental gymnastic position, developing core strength and strict pull / press progressions. It evolves a step further by structuring and developing gymnastics technique in three main areas: Handstand Inversion and Balance, Bar work and Ring Work. Here you will develop the capacity for chest to bar pull ups, Handstand push ups and Ring Muscle ups.

The Seminar will cover three Days of training in 3 -1 Hour Blocks.
