Description

“Every battle is won or lost before it is ever fought.” "The general who wins the battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses makes but few calculations beforehand." -Sun Tzu "The Art of War"

Launching a new business and building it to the point of establishment and self-sufficiency can be a calculus of a sort and the risks are plenty. It is knowing what appropriate resources will be needed to get started, where and how to attain them, organizing them and executing them with skill and keen timing as you position yourself for a successful entry into the marketplace. To do so effectively requires diligent research and planning. Those who skip this most important step have made a plan to fail. Failures in business can have costly consequences in money, time, energy, reputation and relationships. Though it may afford you lessons for the next try, why experience such loss when you can devise a victory with a thorough business plan and execution strategy?

The Baldwin Project, LLC has created The Baldwin Business Institute to bring together some of the brightest minds in various specialties in your local community to help you in the creation of a well-thought out business plan and execution strategy to move on immediately after graduation in a workshop format tailored to your idea. The Baldwin Business Institute's entrepreneurial training will provide you with real tools, information and resources that you can use immediately to start or grow your business. This course explores how to identify and develop solutions to the most common leadership and personal challenges faced by entrepreneurs when starting new ventures or growing an existing one. You will learn step-by-step how to use market analysis, operational plans and financial projections to create a comprehensive business plan. At course completion, there will be nothing left to do, but to do it. You will have planned your work so that you can then work your plan from the very point of where you are to the successful CEO you are destined to become. As you plan, you will benefit from instant feedback from your classmates and our faculty to help you spot many blindsights which haunt most new entrepreneurs. Register for class now and let's create a Victory Plan together for you.

Class starts Thursday, March 30th and runs every Thursday from 7PM-9PM until June 15th (12 Classes). 10 student limit.
