The Balanced Walker : Sexy Transitions

This one day of lessons will improve your ability to transition from sitting to stand and walking.

Rediscover a smooth easy effortless sexy way to move as you did when you were younger.

  • Improve your balance
  • Change your habits without hard work.
  • Reduce your pain and train your brain.

Who is it for?

This is an open workshop.

Its suitable for anyone including those with no previous experience in Body Sensing & Movement Awareness


What do I bring?

On the day we will work using chairs and in standing,

No need to bring mats

DO Bring a simple fleece blanket

Wear easy to move about in clothing, nothing constricting

Bring a change of shoes.

Bring some lunch to share
