The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a 1-hour fitness class. Exercise that works the body, mindfulness & energy, and music creating spiritual connection, all packaged in one. We create a space for women to self-heal, transform, and connect. The b. class® is an inspiring women’s 'fitness program' designed to let the heart and soul speak. We combine athletic movement with music to create a powerful connection within.
The class is done barefoot, in a dim lit room, to loud, empowering music that will leave you with a feeling like no other. It's a feeling that you need to experience for yourself.
