Emerson said, The earth laughs in flowers. Flowers bring us joy, signify promise, blessings, and gratitude - this class will be about combining all of these thoughts. Students will combine traditional watermedia painting with experimental mixed media techniques. Using mixed media techniques, students will create prepared surfaces – surfaces with creative thoughts, spiritual blessings, and personal content intertwining them with a traditional floral painted in transparent acrylic.
