Raviv Leibzirer was born in Israel in 1987 and grew up in Kiryat Tivon. He began piano lessons at the age of 7 in the Kiryat Tivon Conservatory, under the direction of Philip Lurie. he received his musical training at "Reut" high school of arts in Haifa. During those years, he accompanied the Jewish-Arab choir, "Shani", conducted by Pnina Inbar.

In 2005, he joined the IDF as an "outstanding musician" and served as a musical arranger. During his army service, he began his Bachelor’s degree at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, in Tel Aviv University, under the direction of Prof. Michael Boguslavsky and Prof. Emanuel Krasovsky.

Later, he took piano lessons with distinguished teachers Daniel Hoexter and Irit Rimon. There after He joined the Israeli Opera and also took part in the field of musical production.

In 2014 he began his music master's degree at the Zurich Academy of Arts, graduating with distinction as a pianist and organist. Upon completion of his studies, he got the position of the main organist at the Reform Church in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, and in 2018 was invited to play as part of the annual organ festival in Canton Zug, Switzerland.

Raviv was awarded “The American-Israel Cultural Foundation” scholarship , the BuchmanHeiman scholarship, the “Rotary Israel” scholarship and the “Swiss Government” scholarship for young musicians. In addition, He won several competitions, including the international competition of the "Tel Hai" master classes and the "Katz" competition at the Buchman-Mehta School of Music. He is also the winner of the grand prize and the audience award in the prestige’s “Aviv” Competition, held by the AICF.

Raviv performed as a soloist with numerous orchestras in Israel, including the Haifa Symphony Orchestra, the Rishon LeZion Opera Orchestra and the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra. In addition, he regularly performs in music festivals around the world as soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles.
