Description

Presented by: NYC Digital Photography Workshops

Hosted by: Adorama

“It’s one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it’s another thing to make a portrait of who they are.” – Paul Caponigro

Successful portraits are timeless and capture the essence of an individual. Learn how to work with your subject and communicate through lighting to create masterful portraits. In this workshop, we will go over some of the history of portraiture, lighting equipment and light modifiers. We will also teach you tricks for flattering lighting, how to make your subject feel at ease and tips for personalizing your portraits.
