As creative solo entrepreneurs, we often shy away from making the big, important decisions that dictate the outcomes we experience in our businesses. Decisions like: choosing to end a client relationship, charging more for our services or shifting the focus of our work altogether.
Many of us agonize over the negative impacts that making these decisions will have -- rather than on the benefits. The result is that we find ourselves stuck, burned out and, let's face it, unmotivated to do anything differently.
In this workshop, you'll learn the 3 most important shifts that any solo entrepreneur must make in order to see the kind of growth they want in their business. RM will also share tips on how to make these changes AND leave your income, reputation and relationships in tact.
RM will also do a 10-15 minute "hot-seat" with 1 lucky attendee!
Network and eat starting at 6:30pm. The presentation will start at 7:00pm.
Advance registration/purchase is required. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Refunds may be requested up to but not including the day of the workshop unless otherwise communicated to attendees.
As always, all DC Web Women events are open to men.
