With the holidays quickly approaching, it's time to brush up on your sparkling wine knowledge! We know that winter shopping season includes obligatory visits to local wine shops or grocery store wine aisles for bubbly purchases, and we'll clear up any label confusion you may have (cheat sheet included). We invite you to spend a Saturday afternoon sipping with us, where you'll learn (and taste) the difference between Cava, Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne, gain an understanding of "dosage" or sweetness levels in sparkling wine, check out a new party trick (sabering!), and learn how to properly store, chill and uncork a bottle. Fizz, fun, facts and light food included. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Limited to 30 seats.
