There is no need to be intimidated about making the perfect pie crust! We'll teach you everything you need to know about what it takes to a delicate flaky crust and discuss variations on the basic Pate Brisée, or ‘short crust’. We'll then make two savory versions – a leek and goat cheese tart and a classic Eastern Shore chicken pot pie with a sweet potato crust. On the sweeter side of things, we’ll bake a chocolate Bourbon pecan pie and make individual fresh fruit tarts. $49.
