Description

The Approach: How to Deal with Tough Professional Conversations
A Workshop Series Designed to Empower Personal Growth and Progress

Thursday, November 16th
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Pin Bureau: The Alley Events and Training Center

When it comes to dealing with a tough conversation with a client/prospect/co-worker, are you:

- Worried about how to best get the conversation started?
- Unsure of how to reduce the tension of the situation and get it to a positive and productive place?
- Confused on how best to deal with personality types that are challenging for you or different from yours?

In this interactive session, Shad will help us to identify the challenges that we experience when having tough conversations, why they occur, and what we can do to overcome them going forward.

ABOUT SHAD:

Our presenter Shad Tidler is a consultant with Lushin. Lushin uses Sandler teaching materials and methodology as a framework, as well as real-world experiences, to enable you and your team to implement reliable sales processes, develop leadership and management talent, and convert prospects into customers. Shad’s measured, methodical approach has a calming effect on clients, allowing them to look past immediate problems in order to create step-by-step paths to follow toward their goals.

When he’s not working, Shad spends his time swimming, biking, and running; traveling internationally; and volunteering with the Rotary Club of Indianapolis.
