We will travel to and cook from the following countries; Argentina, Brazil, Chile & Columbia, Peru, Nicaragua, El Salvador & Guatemala, The Caribbean Puerto Rico & Cuba, Mexico, New Mexico, New England New Orleans, American Northwest.
March 24-Chile & Columbia- Corn & Meat Casserole-Chile, Sopaipillas w/Pebre Sauce (Fried Pumpkin Cakes)-Chile, Black Bean & Cumin Arepas-Columbia, Mantecada (Pineapple Citrus Pound cake)- Columbia
Class begins at 2pm and lasts approximately 2 hours.
