SACC San Francisco/Silicon Valley and SACC New England are excited to co-host a webinar about The US tax legislation and what to think about before moving to the US together with Joel Uddenäs, Senior Manager at Private Client Services on Deloitte.
The American Dream has for a long time been a success story for many Swedes and their business. But how is a shareholder and their business affected by a move to the US and the US tax legislation? More important, what pitfalls should one look out for? During this session Joel Uddenäs will in a very practical way break down the rather complex US tax rules in relation to US resident shareholders of non-US companies.
