We are privileged to broker "The American Dream," but with that privilege comes the obligation to ensure that all people are allowed to enjoy adequate housing. And with the ever-changing make-up of the housing consumer comes the need for us as REALTORS® to re-examine our own thoughts and concepts concerning suitable housing for all. Plus, the penalties for violating the federal Fair Housing Laws as well as our own REALTOR® Code of Ethics can be quite severe. This course will examine the issues and provide the answers so that you can fulfill your REALTOR® obligations to all housing consumers.
