Description

Being an Agile Business Analyst (BA) is facilitating dialogue about product value with the team, making Product Owner's (PO) more efficient, and analyzing for gaps and impacts. Agile is a set of values and principles that help ensure what is built is valuable.

This two-day instructor-led course focuses on the skills, work to be done, and communication styles necessaryto be successful in the Agile BA role. Moving from a project to a product mindset can deliver value sooner.

Through a balanced combination of lecture, candid discussion and hands-on exercises we will explore how to drive innovative solutions to complex business problems from discovery to delivery. Find out what design thinking and ‘minimum viable product’ means and when to use them. By taking an agile approach to requirements and understanding the Scrum framework, user stories, and techniques for strategic planning such as story mapping, you can learn how the Agile BA role can transform a team.
