About this Event

FDRA and PENSOLE are hosting a semi-annual forum to collaborate, share stories and ideas, and explore how to establish industry goals in the development of African-American talent at all levels in the industry. Join footwear CEOs, presidents, and executives, policymakers and supporters at this semi-annual event discussing the importance of the influence, leadership, and passion provided by African-Americans in the global footwear industry and their impact on consumer culture.

The event will feature career development booths, keynote speeches, panel discussions and art installations exploring and celebrating how diversity drives innovation and creativity drives global competitiveness.
