All events happen inside The AFK Cafe Discord community. Once you RSVP, you’ll receive the invite link if you’re not already a member. A brief verification step is required to help keep the space safe and comfortable for everyone. After you’re verified, you’ll have access to all channels

Participation is optional and self-paced. You’re welcome to:

The AFK Cafe is designed for people who:

What if I need to leave early, arrive late, or go AFK?

That’s completely okay.

Life happens. Energy changes. Brains reset.

You can come and go as needed, you won’t interrupt anything or be singled out.

What if I don’t know how the event works or what to do?

You don’t need to prepare or know anything ahead of time.
Just join, we’ll guide you gently, or you can follow the group’s rhythm quietly. You can also tag an admin or mod and they will be happy to help

Lore elements are shared inside the event description and unfold naturally over time. You can pick it up slowly — or participate without knowing any lore at all.

How long do events last?

Events usually last between 2-8 hours depending on the type of event, and the host(s). If the event is more lore themed and discord bot friendly they are shorter and around 1-2 hours or less.

Snacks, tea, or comfort items are encouraged, but optional.
