The Affordable Housing Group of North Carolina exists to improve communities and enhance lives through diverse housing and economic development solutions. Started in 1966 through former Governor Terry Sanford's NC Fund and the War on Poverty, the Afforable Housing Group has redeveloped over 3,300 multi-family units and 60 properties in 33 NC counties! And our plan is to keep increasing our impact over the 50 years ahead as we focus on expanding our footprint, preserving existing housing and empowering local organziations through consulting.
