Today wineries need to focus on building marketing strategies which offer unique differentiators to appeal to their preferred buyers by building closer relationships, offering memorable experiences and inspiration. This in depth web training session will provide best practices on how to use white glove marketing techniques to cater to the top 20% through intelligent data gathering, personalization and segmentation designed to intrigue, capture and convert high end buyers. From the tasting room guest experience, digital communication or annuity programs design, implementing best practices to incorporate the 80/20 Principle will dramatically increase sales and grow brand loyalty.
This session is packed with 60 minutes of content with additional time allocated for Q&A. Each registrant will receive a session workbook to help capture and implement best practices unique to each business.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Registration is transferrable upon notice/updated registrant information to meeting organizer.

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy, however, registrations can be transferred to an alternate date. Requests must be made within 24 hours of scheduled event via email: info@virtual-vines.com.
Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of ticket purchase.
