The weekend celebration is presented by Retro-follies for the Caribbean International Recipients Hall, Women of Excellence from the Arts - Media - and the Political Realm of different horizons.
This celebration will feature several note-worthy speakers of interest to South Floridians and the international community at-large comprising of prominent official from this prestigious local Institution as: the city of Miramar.
Headed in this Prestigious event by Vice-Mayor Yvette Colbourne as a Prestigious Honoree also as the Godmother of the 2023 edition.
Special Meet , Greet & Mingle with our Haitian Diva acclaimed singer Emeline Michel proud recipient of the 2023 PWOEA receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award.
And lots of high level, well educated and accomplished ladies of value and great distinction.
