Event description

Description

One key priority that most nonprofit leaders face is talent development - and specifically, identifying opportunities that will help your staff build leadership skills over time. But, how do you do this effectively?

The 70/20/10 approach to talent development weaves leadership development into your organization's everyday activities. This affordable but powerful way of building your employees' skills and capabilities consists of 70 percent on-the-job learning, 20 percent coaching and mentoring, and 10 percent training.

In this interactive webinar, participants will learn more about the 70/20/10 approach and how it can help organizations meet their future leadership needs; see examples of it in action; and have an opportunity to practice it in real-time.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn about the 70/20/10 approach to leadership development - and how to incorporate equity into this approach
  • Practice this approach in real-time
  • Have a set of next steps for how to take this further in their organizations, or personally as a manager

This webinar will be presented by Meera Chary, Partner at The Bridgespan Group
