Event description

Description

The 6th Annual Crosby Hop Festival in partnership with B.I.N.G. is a fun evening event at the farm where you can enjoy beer, dinner, live music, sunset hop farm tours, networking, a hop rubbing station and more. This is a non-smoking, zero waste event.

Brewers, cider makers, friends of Crosby Hop Farm and B.I.N.G. members are welcome. RSVP for this free industry event today.

For a roundtrip seat on the Brewvana bus which will depart from SE Portland (C-Bar) at 4 pm and return to Portland around 10:30 pm, pre-payment ($10) is required. Sorry, no refunds.

A limited number of camping spots are available. Note that this is a dry camping setup (no flush toilets or running water), so please plan accordingly. Thank you for also respecting quiet hours after the party comes to a close.

The Hop Festival will also include a silent auction benefiting Oregon Brewshed Alliance. In the past, items available for bidding have included Yakima outdoor gear, branded brewery SWAG and more.

Thank you for the generous support from:

We hope you can join us and look forward to your RSVP!

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All attendees who are enjoying the fine beer and cider at the event must be 21+.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

If you are in the Portland area, we encourage you to reserve a seat on the roundtrip Brewvana bus or connect with industry friends and carpool. Ride share options (Lyft, Uber) can also be used to get to the farm, but keep in mind that cars in the area that can drive you back to your destination after the party may be limited. If you drive, please look for the signs for designated event parking. Please do not drink and drive; enjoy responsibly.

What can I bring into the event? Hint: craft beer and cider! Plus items for the silent benefit auction.

Are you a beverage (beer/cider/kombucha) maker? We'd love to pour your craft beverage, especially if it is brewed with Crosby hops. We will also have a bottle share bucket. If you'd like to bring a reserve bottle or two for the silent auction, your contribution is very much appreciated. Please get in touch with Zak Schroerlucke at: zak@crosbyhops.com to let us know what you plan to bring.

If you'd like to get involved and donate items or services for the silent auction benefitting Oregon Brewshed Alliance, please reach out by August 21 to Heather Sorensen for Crosby Hop Farm at heather@pluggedinpr.com.

Can I help with the event?

Yes! We need volunteers (21+, licensed servers are preferred) to help pour. Volunteers will receive a Crosby Hop Farm hat, dinner, sample tastings (not while pouring), a custom event glass and $10 for gas. We prefer licensed servers if possible. Each shift lasts approximately two hours. The event volunteer coordinator, Jenna can confirm your shift and answer questions at jenna.steward@crosbyhops.com.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please get in touch with Heather Sorensen for Crosby Hop Farm at heather@pluggedinpr.com.
