Freedom House invites you to its 4th Annual Gala, benefiting human-trafficking survivors.
The no-host social hour begins at 6:00 p.m. with bidding on an array of silent auction items. The banquet dinner, with complimentary wine, will be served at 7:15 p.m. Performer Mickey Cho, a live auction and guest speakers will be featured:
* Francis Chan, pastor and best-selling author, will keynote the evening’s festivities.
* Freedom House Survivors will share powerful testimonies and their success stories.
* Jaida Im, founder and executive director, will present the latest news about The Monarch, the first safe home and aftercare program in Northern California for adult female survivors, and update guests about the non-profit’s plans to open The Nest, the home for girls ages 12 to 17.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City is offering Gala guests a reduced weekend rate on King and Double bed accommodations. Reservations must be secured by April 20th to qualify. Since 2010, Freedom House has been bringing hope, restoration and a new life to survivors by providing housing and long-term aftercare services. The Annual Gala raises funds to benefit both The Monarch in San Mateo County and The Nest in Santa Clara County.
