47th Anniversary of the DC Black Repertory Company Events on 9/14 and 9/15 RESCHEDULED - Will Be Rescheduled for November 2018

 

The 47th Anniversary Celebration of the DC Black Repertory Company Honoring Robert Hooks on September 14 (Bust Boys and Poets) and 15 (Lincoln Theater) is cancelled due to the State of Emergency declared by Mayor Bowser associated with inclement weather conditions.  We are rescheduling this event for a date to be determined in November 2018.  Announcements will be forthcoming. All ticket sales and sponsorships will be honored at that time.

 


 

 


The DC Black Repertory Alumni Association and Multi-Media Training Institute commemorate The 47th Anniversary of the The DC Black Repertory Company. 

The program entitled, “It Took a Village: Honoring the Achievements of the DC Black Repertory Company” will be held Saturday, September 15, 7pm to 10pm at the Historic Lincoln Theatre 1215 U St NW.

Petey Green (Community Activist) (posthumously)

General Admission is $35.00, senior and youth tickets are $25.00. It will be an evening you will not want to miss, never to be duplicated again.

You are invited to a special evening where we are giving away 800 tickets to seniors and youth, of course we want you to come, but would you consider sponsoring a senior or youth to attend also. Your sponsorship is separate from your admission, either $35.00 for general admission or if you are a senior or youth yourself your ticket will be $25.00 all payments are a charitable write off, MMTI is a 501c3 non profit organization.

 $75.00 - sponsors 3 seniors 

 

You are invited to the pre reception before the show at the Lincoln Theatre. (Your name in souvenir program as a supporter

 

 

 

$100.00 - Sponsors 4 seniors, (Your name in souvenir program as a supporter)

You are invited to the pre reception at the Lincoln and the ViP reception at Bus Boys and Poets 


If you select to sponsors 4 seniors you will automatically be on the VIP reception list

 

If you want to sponsor more then four seniors, go to www. mmtidc.org for additional benefits, ads in our program, newspapers and radio.
