Symposium Overview
The 41st Annual IWRA Spring Symposium will be held June 22-24 at Brown County State Park near Nashville, Indiana. “The future of monitoring and water planning in Indiana” is the topic of this year’s symposium. Indiana is currently assessing the water resources of the state through the evaluation of infrastructure needs and solutions specific to regional areas of the State. Regional partnerships, improved sharing of resources and utilization of the latest technologies and procedures are paramount to the success of these efforts. Join us to hear about and share your efforts and needs for the future of monitoring and water planning in Indiana.
The 2022 symposium committee is seeking oral and poster presentations on a wide range of topics related to this year’s theme. The deadline for submitting an abstract is May 13th, 2022. Student presentations are encouraged, and the cost of presenting will be covered by the IWRA Student Scholarship Fund. Please contact Joe Schmees, jschmees@gmail.com, if you have questions concerning student scholarships. Please see www.iwra.info for the full call for abstracts.
