This is a 2.5 hour online course that includes movement, contemplation and tools to put in your own toolbag for future use.

The 3 G’s allow us to live each day with stress, loss, even shock and trauma, by accessing the powerful flow within that naturally opens into ease with Grace.

Let go of stress, express grief with no guilt and open to your own flow!

Most people live with stress and face loss every day. Yes, every day! The body becomes a storage container for this stress rather than a vehicle for freedom, peace and joy. We are going to be present, allow ourselves to feel, move inward and open the gateways of freedom.

Brenda Gustin, Ph.D., is a writer, speaker, educator, healing facilitator, educator, writer, speaker, and social innovator. She enjoys collaborating and serving as a semiconductor bridging science with health and wellness through the logical application of yoga, hermetic science and sacred geometry. Artfully, playfully and joyfully these alchemy practices create union with the body, mind and soul.
