The Crowdfunding Professional Association’s 2nd Annual Crowd Investing Innovation Forum will convene top crowdfunding pioneers, policymakers, entrepreneurs and investors to address the most urgent issues in capital formation, job creation, public policy as well as corporate and entrepreneurial initiatives. Through unscripted interviews, frank and intimate discussion, the goal is to spark innovation, challenge and debate conventional thinking and unleash new perspectives in the pursuit of real solutions.

This important industry event will be held at the beautiful Caribe Royale Resort at 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando FL 32821. Crowdfunding Professional Association

The Crowdfunding Professional Association (“CfPA”) is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) trade organization that was established shortly after President Obama signed the Jumpstart Our Business Startup Act (“JOBS Act”) into law on April 5, 2012. Through voluntarily taking an active role in Title II and III of the JOBS Act, CfPA is helping to unleash capital formation for startup and emerging companies while fostering the private placement marketplace for non-accredited investors. The CfPA is dedicated to representing the crowdfunding industry and supporting the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) during the rule making period while providing the industry with education, a professional network and the tools necessary to cultivate and balance a healthy ecosystem that will accelerate capital formation and ensure investor protection whenever possible. Over 800 Members have joined our community, encouraging all companies, investors, third party service providers and students to create a society that will become the blueprint for a new way of life – one that is more equitable, tolerant and entrepreneurial. As a result of our collective success, individuals and communities will enjoy greater economic opportunity.
