WHAT: Five of the grandest homes in Miami Shores open their doors to the guests of the 26th Annual Home for the Holidays Walk and Tour. Each home is decorated with all the charm of the holiday season. Guests will be treated to live entertainment, and this year, we introduce a Holiday Market featuring a curated mix of items perfect for holiday shopping and one of a kind gifts.

WHEN: Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

After the tour commences, a festive block party will take place for guests to enjoy light bites and refreshments with neighbors and friends until 8:00 p.m.

WHY: The Woman’s Cancer Association of the University of Miami donates 100% of proceeds directly to grants which support Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The WCA’s funding helps to accelerate cutting-edge research programs by top scientists and researchers. Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is intended for adults. If children are accompanied by their parents, they must also have a ticket to enter the homes (infants in parents arms excluded).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Carpooling or taking Uber is encouraged. Street parking is available on 97th Street - 100th Street between 12th and 13th avenue. The tour begins on 100th Street and 13th avenue.

What's the refund policy?

In the event of inclement weather, your ticket cost will be considered a donation.

Where does the tour start?

At House A 1301 NE 100th Street, the first house on the tour. The Welcome Booth will only be open on the day of the event starting at 3:30 p.m. The tour begins promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Can I buy tickets the day of the event?

Yes, there will be tickets available for guests who have not pre-purchased, until we sell out.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, your ticket will need to be presented at House A / Welcome Booth.

For a smooth and quick check-in at House A, please have the name of the person under whom the tickets have been reserved and your form of payment.

At House A you will receive a program that will serve as your ticket for the tour. It must be presented to enter each home. The letters on the map correspond to the lettered homes within the program. Homes may be toured in any order and only one time.

How much of a walking tour is this?

The homes are all on the same street and directly next to one another. There will be tables and chairs in our event tent for guests to sit down and to mix and mingle.
