The 24th Korean Day Culture Festival

We invite you to come celebrate with us with live Korean performances, food and cultural experiences on September 17th at Union Square in San Francisco!

About Chuseok

Chuseok (추석) is a Korean holiday very similar to Thanksgiving. It's a day in which we give thanks and spend time with family and those we care about.

The exact day of Chuseok changes every year because it's based on the Lunar calendar, but it's normally in either September or October. Chuseok season is famous for it's beautiful fall skies in Korea, as autumn is ushered.

Every year for the past 23 years, the Bay Area Korean community has celebrated Chuseok to raise cultural awareness of Korea.
