The 2023 Wedding Extravaganza Expo in O'Burg

MT's Two Hearts Wedding Services are currently seeking, sponsors, and vendors within the wedding industry to participate in our May Wedding Extravaganza Expo! Being held Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the Econo Lodge in Orangeburg, SC! Inside and Outside spaces will be available on a first-come first served basis.

All Caterers & Truck Food Vendors are welcome and encouraged to apply, and are required to give out samples of your food and your services during this expo. All other vendors must do a giveaway (Valued at $200 or more to our registered brides).

We are seeking DJs to send us samples of their work via email to mtsweddings@gmail.com, so we can choose from who will be our DJ for the event. As a sponsored DJ you will be featured as a premier DJ on our event website and handouts.

We are seeking a photographer who will sponsor us with photos of the event and will also be featured as a premier photographer on our event website and handouts. You may submit a sample of your work to mtsweddings@gmail.com

There can only be one Representative of franchised businesses that will be allowed to attend unless they are a sponsor and two representatives may attend. Sponsorship opportunities vary in cost please request that information from the event host at mtsweddings@gmail.com

*6 FT. Table spaces inside are limited to 25 and outside not including food trucks to 25 spaces and must not go over a 10-12 space.*

*No children are allowed to attend this event under the age of 18 years old unless you are hosting a show that a child will participate in. This must be approved by the event host*

Alcohol Vendors / Distributors are encouraged to apply.
