Welcome to The 2019 Climate Action Conference

Sponsored by The Patel College of Global Sustainability at USF

and The Florida Chapters of Citizens' Climate Lobby

~ 2019: The Tipping Point for Climate Action ~

Saturday February 23, 2019

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This conference is an opportunity for new and experienced climate action advocates to gain knowledge, inspiration, skills, and strategies to move us toward achieving viable and comprehensive means of stabilizing our climate.

2019 will be a critically important year!

Together, let's offer our energy and commitment toward making a better world for all.

Early Bird (through January 25th): $35

Regular : $45

Student ticket: $15

Deadline to register is February 15th, 2019.

Ticket includes the conference and lunch.

PARKING: Onsite parking is included in the registration.:

When you arrive, please come to the conference registration desk in the lobby of The Patel College, and we will give you a parking pass to put on your dashboard.

Conference attendees may park in any lot marked "D"
and also Parking Lot 23B, which is the closest lot to the entrance of The Patel College.

The "Bed and Breakfast" rate includes breakfast. Rooms have one or two double beds.

To increase our ability to offer these discounted tickets, and to help us subsidize student tickets (last year we had 60 students!), please consider making an extra donation! Every little bit helps!

Or become a "Friend of the Conference" for these benefits:

  • Bronze Friend Level: Make an extra donation of $125 - get 'Bronze Conference Sponsor' printed on your nametag
  • Silver Friend Level: Make an extra donation of $250 - get 'Silver Conference Sponsor' printed on your nametag and your name or business listed in the program
  • Gold Friend Level: Make an extra donation of $500 - get 'Gold Conference Sponsor' printed on your nametag, your name or business listed in the program, and recognition of your name or business from the podium during the conference.
  • Chapter Sponsor: Make a combined donation of $1000 from your CCL chapter - get your chapter listed in the program and recognition of your chapter from the podium during the conference. If your chapter qualifies, please notify abhaya.thiele@citizensclimatelobby.org to ensure that donations from your chapter are counted together.
