Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your tickets are transferrable to another attendee. You can update the name and email address to another attendee by following the instructions at this link. If you need assistance, the GlobalMindED team can transfer the ticket for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 303-327-5688.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update your information by logging into your account, going to My Tickets, and selecting Manage Order. You can find more detailed instructions at this link.
Can I pay by an invoice?
Yes, we can send you an invoice that you can pay by check or call our office with a credit card.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A printed ticket is not required.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation of registration with full refund will be accepted until April 1, 2017. After that date, tickets cannot be refunded, but can be transferred to another attendee interested in attending the conference.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on your ticket needs to match that of the attendee in order to checkin at the conference. You can change the name on your ticket by logging into your account, going to My Tickets, and selecting Manage Order. You can find more detailed instructions at this link.
