Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable Series
Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable is a quarterly luncheon series dedicated to examining, analyzing, reviewing and predicting the critical issues in Brooklyn real estate. Networking cocktail reception in the BHS Tile Lobby begins at 12:00 p.m. The luncheon program commences at 12:45 p.m.
Our August Speakers are:
- Jody Kriss, of East River Partners, interviewed by John Horowitz, to speak about the conversion of rental buildings to condominiums.
- Jonathan Butler, founder of Brownstoner.com and the Brooklyn Flea, will be interviewed by Stephen Palmese about the gut-rehab creative office development he is doing with BFC Partners and Goldman Sachs at 1000 Dean Street in Crown Heights.
- Robert LiMandri, Commissioner, NYC Department of Buildings, interviewed by Chris Havens, to discuss past, present and future innovations at the DOB.
