NORML of Florida
The 18th Annual Medical Marijuana Benefit Concert.
LIVE MUSIC + SPEAKERS + ARTISTS + VENDORS + FOOD TRUCKS + MORE!
Over the years we have involved some of the first patients to be prescribed marijuana for medical use like Elvy Musikka and Irvin Rosenfeld. Plus we have featured many community organizers, lawyers, local legislators, state senators and a member of the Federal Court as well. NORML of Florida, United For Care, The Silver Tour, the ACLU of Florida and an assortment of other organizations have participated with us for many years. This year we are working to make our buzz even louder, especially since we lost by 2% in the last election. Our goal is to pass a citizen's initiative in 2016 and we are working to build up more public support. As part of our community outreach we will have 3 stages of music, spoken word, live art, performances, community speakers and lots of creative interaction. In addition, we will have information booths, voter registration, vending and space for local artists.
