Your assistance is needed in helping to package 75,000 Thanksgiving Meals!
We have FOUR shifts to choose from:
10:00AM- Noon (SOLD OUT)
2:30-5:30 (NEW SHIFT JUST ADDED)
PLUS your donation will be matched dollar for dollar by the Weisberg Family Foundation!
Do aI need to reserve a ticket for my child/ren?
Yes, all participants must have a ticket to enter.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Volunteers must be at least 5 years old and physically able to stand for the entire shift.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
For quick check-in we ask that you kindly bring your printed ticket to the event.
What is the refund policy?
We're sorry. We are not able to offer any refunds. Your donation will be matched and helps support the cause.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
It's okay if the registration name doesn't match the attendee as long as you have ONE ticket per person.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Volunteer parking is designated along both sides of Howell Lane. DO NOT PARK In the front of the Fire Station as parking in areas other than Howell Lane could subject your vehicle being towed.
What time should I check-in?
Volunteers should check-in at the Weisberg Family Foundation check-in desk no later than 15 minutes before the start of their shift. We STRONGLY suggest arriving 20-30 minutes prior to secure parking and check-in on time.
How should I dress?
Please dress comfortably for the weather. You will be standing the entire shift and will need to wear close-toed shoes (NO FLIP FLOPS) in order to enter the event. This applies to all children as well.
