Thanksgiving Cooking Class

Join our Chef team for a Thanksgiving inspired cooking class. This demonstration and hands-on class will include techniques on how to brine and roast a turkey, prepare the perfect gravy and how to cook the perfect sides for this special night. After class, you will sit down and enjoy a family style meal that includes the dishes that you helped create. Novice and expert home cooks from 14-100 years old are welcome.
The menu you will lean and taste will include:
-Leafed Brussel Sprouts with Crispy Speck
-Fresh Creamed Corn
-Sausage & Focaccia Stuffing
-Brown Sugar Brined Oven Roasted Turkey
