The TGR Learning Lab is offering a free/no-cost online Fall 2 class, Mind Craft - The Science of the Mind

A space for teens to explore the inner world of thoughts, emotions and unconscious habits through a series of hands-on investigations, mindfulness practices, and interactive group discussions. We will dive into neuroscience and psychology topics to understand how the mind works, as we develop life skills to stay focused, calm, happy and true to ourselves (especially in stressful or difficult situations). From making mind jars and photo collages to investigating our personality types and careers in psychology, each class you will walk away with tools for calm and an empowered understanding of the human mind.
