Are you looking to unleash your inner warrior? While we're a fan of the occasional pub crawl, we think fitness crawls are even sweeter! On Saturday afternoon, Oct 26th you'll join Training for Warriors Boston and sweetgreen Back Bay for a free urban bootcamp around the city you know and love.
The workout will begin at Boston Ultimate Fitness (the TFW dojo) located at 33 Harrison Ave (7th Floor) for a warmup and workout that'll get your heart pumping. The TFW boys will then take you around the city, with surprise pit stops along the way where you'll have the chance to win prizes and giveaways.
At around 1:30 p.m., you'll crawl your way over to sweetgreen to fuel your appetite, unlocking secret credit for a discounted lunch. At 3 p.m., the coaches will be hosting a special window workout at lululemon Prudential to wrap things up.
