Texoma Medical Center's Breastfeeding class is for first-time breastfeeding moms who are seeking more information about breastfeeding. This one-time class is also helpful for women who have had children but who have never breastfed.

The class is led by a registered nurse who is certified in maternal-newborn nursing, and covers the basics of breastfeeding, anatomy, positioning, problem-solving and expectations for nursing moms. A breastfeeding guide is provided.

Location: Conference Room 1 on first floor of the hospital.
