Hardcore barbecue fans rejoice—the Cue Course is back! For the third year, Texas Monthly partners with Texas A&M University’s Animal Science Department for a workshop that dives deep into the secrets of meat science. Hosted at Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew, the event will also feature a loaded BBQ menu and private tours of on-site smokers.

Franklin Barbecue

Hosted by James Beard Winner Aaron Franklin, this event gives 500 guests the exclusive opportunity to enjoy live-fire cooking, cold beer, and an experience unlike any other. A few out-of-state BBQ Joints, a Texas newcomer, and Franklin Barbecue will be serving up delicious bites.
