Texas Crew 11th Annual Alumni Dinner

We are excited to announce our 11th Annual Alumni Dinner as part of our Alumni Weekend.
This year, dinner will take place a bit earlier than usual, but we won't end the night early! We will have great silent auction items to help raise money towards the TCF Donor Match Campaign like retired boat seat coffee tables and various retired vintage TX Crew equipment. We will also feature new alumni apparel, announce this year's JMA winner and overall, have a great time with old teammates and friends.
Here is the detailed options for the menu being offered (cash bar for adult beverages) and below are details on the weekend. There will be a FREE valet service at the dinner- so please make use of it!

All dinners are served with Caesar salad, potatoes, vegetables, cornbread,
dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.
TRAY PASSED APPETIZERS
Smoked chicken and vegetables stuffed in a flour tortilla with Jack cheese, poblano
peppers and onion, served with tomatillo and chipotle cream.
Tender catfish crusted with cornmeal and fried crisp, served with jalapeño tartar sauce.
CHORIZO-STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN
Tender pork stuffed with chorizo, Jack cheese, grilled onions and poblano
peppers in a poblano cream sauce.
WILD MUSHROOM ENCHILADAS (Vegetarian)
Roasted crimini and portobello mushrooms rolled into two corn tortillas, topped with an ancho-mole cream sauce,
Jack cheese, sour cream and an avocado mango relish, served with green chile rice and black beans.
DIABLO GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA (Vegetarian option available)
Marinated and grilled chicken breast served over red pepper and jalapeño linguine
with a spicy chipotle garlic sauce, topped with jalapeños.
Cilantro pesto rubbed trout filet, grilled, topped with avocado relish.
ANCHO FUDGE PIE
Our famous fudge pie with walnuts, pecans and a pinch of ancho chile, served warm with whipped cream.
Mexican style vanilla custard with caramel sauce.
