TEST is the first of a three stage program that includes TEST - SELL - SCALE.
TEST is a 7-week course with 7 different, chronological modules, designed to TEST your business model. All seven modules are required.
The bootcamp will cover the following "Lean Startup" Principles
Customer Segments - Who needs you?
Value Propositions - Why do they need you?
Channels - How do they find you?
Revenue Streams - How do you make money?
Key Partners and Key Resources - What assets do you need to be in business? Who do you need?
Key Activities and Costs - What do you do on Monday? What does all of that cost you?
Based on the Lean Startup methodology, the class will challenge you to talk to customers and iterate, pivot, and validate your business model. You will define your Customer Segments, nail down your Value Propositions, and identify key elements and outline what becomes a formal business plan. There is homework and there are daily class presentations.
The class is available to all ASU faculty, graduate student, postdocs and student participants, including members of Edson, eSeed, WP Carey Entrepreneurship, ASA and other Venture Devil affiliated teams.
