Description

Do you freeze, panic, or procrastinate when preparing for a test?

This workshop is designed to support University students and adults who experience heightened stress when preparing for or taking a test, which may impact their ability to prepare and perform well.

Study strategies and test-taking tips applicable to all types of tests will be shared within this workshop to help you perform to the best of your abilities.

Stress reduction techniques and cognitive reframing exercises will be practiced together to help you focus, increase self confidence, and reduce your experience of test anxiety.

You will leave the workshop able to identify where you may be getting stuck in your testing and preparation process, and you will be equipped with practices, strategies, and resources to help improve your performance.
