When is the tour scheduled?

Regular Tour Schedule: Regular tours run Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM from March to November. Tours are typically limited to 6 guests but can accommodate 12, and larger groups can be arranged.

Private Tour Arrangements: Private tours for 2 or more guests are available any day with advance notice.

How Long is the Tour?

The tour lasts around 3 hours but may be extended for paranormal activity. Guests are free to leave at any time. Returning guests, who need to leave early, receive a 50% discount on their next booking.

Arrive 15 min early at 102 East Moore Avenue, Terrell, TX 75160. Your guide will let you in if doors are locked. We're at the SE corner of Moore Ave & Catherine St, near the Brin Opera House (3-story 1880 bldg w/ circus mural). Check your email/text for more details.
