Tequila and friends, a great combination!
We will be serving a variety of Tequila’s with a four-course meal. A representative from Southern Glazer of Arizona will describe each tequila and pair with interesting flavors to bring out the best in the tequila. The evening will start with a corn cup filled with ceviche and will be followed by a cup of albondigas soup. You will have a choice one of entrée;
Chilaquilas served with rice & beans
Chicken or beef Sinchiladas with rice & beans
1 Chile relleno and 1 cheese enchilada with rice & beans
For dessert, we will be offering lemon cake, dark chocolate dirt cups and flan.
